What can you do to help your manager?

It seems this week is about pyramids. Here you have the second one.

Thus talks about what a manager can do to affect in three of the levels in the pyramid. But.... What can you do to help your manager?

You know that this blog is about increasing the options to reach the goals we have set, so if you think your manager do not take care of some aspects that are important for you, what can you do?. If your answer is nothing... you are acting as a victim. There are many options, and as the article explain, to leave the company is one of them... but I add "is not the only".
